Men At Work’s innovative, internationally recognised ’12 DIALOGUES’ training and resource package is aimed at helping those working directly with boys and young men to facilitate constructive engagement with them, about issues that matter - being safe and safe to be around.

“We are keenly aware of a range of issues with direct relevance to boys/young men: sexting, coercive control, bullying, peer-on peer abuse, the impact of porn, poor mental health, risk-taking behaviours, county lines, gangs, religious, political and misogynistic radicalisation - and we want to do something.

This training day aims to make 'doing something' feel not just possible but essential and desirable, by equipping those who work with boys/young men to facilitate constructive, strengths-based, optimistic dialogues with them.”
