Find out how financial planning is important for organisations to help make sure they have sufficient funds to cover the planned activities for the coming year(s).

This course will show how budgeting and cash flow forecasting is an important part of the financial controls for your group and how it can be a valuable tool to aid the efficient and effective use of your organisation’s resources.  The budgeting and planning process can be a great way of focusing everybody on the aims of your group by understanding what the priorities are within the context of the available flow of funds. 

After attending this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the benefits of financial planning
  • Know how to prepare and monitor a simple budget
  • Understand the benefits of cash flow forecasting

An administrative charge of £20 will be made for cancellation less than 5 days before the training and/or non- attendance after booking. We will accept the substitution of another delegate to cover emergencies, such as sickness; in this case you will not be charged a cancelation fee.
