 ourhood\, tackling inequalities through a communit
 y-led and system-enabled approach.</p>\n \n <p>At 
 the Summit\, we will share some of the key develop
 ments underway in Tameside. This will include:</p>
 \n \n <p>• Sharing key findings so far from the 20
 26 State of the Sector research\, highlighting the
  scale\, diversity and impact of the VCFSE sector 
 across Tameside.</p>\n \n <p>• Highlighting the re
 newed Greater Manchester VCFSE Accord\, signed ear
 lier this year by public sector leaders and the VC
 FSE sector\, reaffirming a shared commitment to wo
 rking together to improve outcomes for people and 
 communities across Greater Manchester.</p>\n \n <p
 >• Announcing details of the newly commissioned Li
 ve Well Community Navigation Service\, which will 
 support people to connect with community activitie
 s\, groups and services while investing back into 
 the VCFSE sector.</p>\n \n <p>• Opening applicatio
 ns for the Tameside Communities Fund\, designed to
  strengthen community-led prevention initiatives\,
  reduce inequalities\, and help local people live 
 healthier and happier lives.</p>\n \n <p>There wil
 l be opportunities for attendees to network\, buil
 d new connections and take part in interactive wor
 kshop sessions\, creating space for collaboration\
 , shared learning and listening throughout the day
