Thanks to National Lottery players\, Action Together has received life-changing funding from The National L ottery Community Fund. £50\,000 will be invested i nto each six neighbourhoods across Oldham\, Rochda le and Tameside to support local people to design and lead participatory grant making\, ensuring com munities decide how funding is used to improve hea lth\, wellbeing and local connection. This will he lp grassroots groups have fairer access to funding \, alongside practical support and learning that s trengthens community capacity and long-term impact .
