  the Action Together Volunteer Team then we welcom

 or members of Action Together. We are a member bas
 ed organisation that supports community action in 
 Oldham\, Rochdale and Tameside. Membership is free
  and open to VCFSE organisations working in Oldham
 \, Rochdale and Tameside boroughs. If you aren't y

 r hosts</h2>\n \n <p>Rochdale Volunteer Manager Me
 et-Ups are co-hosted by Action Together Volunteer 
 Team and one of our local members. This meet-up wi
 ll be co-hosted by the Carers’ Hub Rochdale. </p>\
 n \n <p>The Carers’ Hub Rochdale provides a single
  point of access for both young and adult carers w
 ho provide care to a family member\, friend or nei
 ghbour living in Rochdale. The Hub ensures that ca
 rers of all ages have access to information\, advi
 ce and a wide range of support services across the
  borough and nationally. These support services ar
 e designed to help carers continue in their caring
  role for as long as they choose and to reduce the
  impact the caring role can have on a carer’s own 
 health and wellbeing.</p>\n \n <h2>Event details</
