Survivors Manchester is recruiting an Admin Assistant (Prisons). Survivors Manchester is proud to be able to work alongside NHS England to launch our OUT Spoken Talking Therapy service in prisons across the North West and we're looking for an Admin Assistant!

As the Admin Assistant (Prisons) you will support the Clinical Lead (Prisons) and the trauma therapy team of the OUT Spoken Talking Therapy service to deliver the best and most effective service in North West Prisons that meets individual’s needs. You will provide administration duties to the team, including: provide admin function to the Senior Management Team and Clinical Lead; processing and administration of case files within the Client Management System; support to develop client and management reports; maintain daily standard administration duties; play a part in developing and maintaining a respectful and positive working environment.

You will have experience of working in a highly confidential setting, preferably within health or criminal justice setting; have experience of delivering admin function to a management team; and able to manage own workload.

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £18,600 - £19,500
