Sessions are 90 minutes each and booked at a suitable time for the client. We do not provide counselling or psychotherapy, and will decline sessions for a person who we feel needs to see a counsellor or psychotherapist first. About the host organisation

    Hosted by: Liberty Farm CIC
    Organisation Profile:

We offer therapeutic support with life skills coaching, mentoring and personal development. We have a strong focus on supporting people who are disabled by a chronic illness. We also work with local residents and people from disadvantaged areas, supporting the development of self-confidence, self-efficacy, relationship skills, mild to moderate mental health management and much more.
Our aim is to grow as a community farm and offer a range of options for support including horticultural therapy, retreats and farm animal management. Currently we provide equine facilitated learning which uses ground based (not riding) interactions with horses to guide the learning experience.
