• Dementia Support

    Our Dementia wellbeing group is a weekly session for anyone affected be Dementia or worried about their memory to relax, access support and talk about shared experiences with people who understand. We can also signpost you to further sources of support if required. We run different activities each week including; music and movement, sporting reminiscence, sing alongs, houstic therapies, life story sessions and much more. We also run a specific south asian memory group for people from the south asian community with community language support available. (Ashton-under-Lyne)
