Juniors Kickboxing

King Kombat Systems is a new Martial Arts System designed by Jon King to cover a wide range of combat skills and techniques including, self defence, padwork techniques and drills, throws and takedowns, locks and submissions and free hand combinations. King Kombat Systems will improve co-ordination, increase power, increase speed, reaction time and improve general fitness. The syllabus is designed so that a student learns both fighting stances at early grades in order to maximise the students own personel ability. We also run a junior training program which helps develop the children in a structured and fun environment. The Dojo has a 11ft boxing ring and is fully matted for safety and provides all training equipment.
Kickboxing classes which are suitable for ages 5+, families welcome.
